Introductory coaching session
One 60-minute introductory coaching session, based on survey and flow check and then we will the various options for a plan going forward.
Accommodation
One night stay - cost is R2000 per person including accommodation, meals, activity and introductory coaching session.
Join us for multiple nights and we will discount the rate depending on activities chosen.
Friday
Arrive, have a healthy lunch and settle in.
Enjoy the hot tub, pool, read a book in the garden or stroll down to the beach. Book your coaching session. Relaxing sound journey to get you into a chilled mood for dinner and a good night sleep.
Saturday
Saturday morning exercise before breakfast. Choose your weather dependent activity – water sports, equine therapy or hiking to get you moving.
Lunch will be an on-the-go picnic followed by some quiet time.
Wine tasting and sundowners before a delicious dinner and games for those who are still awake and feeling social.
Sunday
Sunday morning exercise before breakfast. Relax and get creative with a local artist who will guide you through an artistic journey to get your creativity flowing.
Lunch and then the afternoon is yours to design as you wish. Explore the area or relax.
Dinner and sundowners before you settle in for a good nights sleep.
Monday
Monday morning exercise starts before breakfast. You choose your activity and relax before the lunch.
Optional activities to be arranged based on needs.
Dinner and sundowners as usual before a good nights rest.
Tuesday
Morning exercise, breakfast and slow farewells.
